The YMCA of Greater Flint has a strong aquatics program. Both the Pierson Road and Downtown Branch have aquatic programs for a wide range of ages and experience level. Skipper Swim Lessons – Ages 6 months to 5 years

Water aerobics classes are great for everyone. No swimming skills are needed and classes are designed for a variety of fitness levels. Specialized classes are offered in conditioning for arthritis and joint pain.
This special swim team welcomes anyone with disabilities of spina bifida, cerebral palsy, blindness, deafness, amputations, spinal cord injuries, or others.
The Flint Falcons are the area’s premiere competitive swim team. They are both a USS and a YMCA affiliated team offering the best in strong-and-turn development as well as physical conditioning.
